• Reporting any damaged or malfunctioning equipment to staff immediately
• No food or drinks near computer stations and gaming equipment
• No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances on the premises
• No disruptive behavior, including excessive noise or harassment
• Following all posted rules regarding specific gaming areas and tournaments

WaveLength Gaming reserves the right to ask any person to leave the premises if they violate these rules or engage in any behavior deemed inappropriate by our staff.

4. Payment and Refunds

By purchasing a membership or session time at WaveLength Gaming, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account on a timely basis. Prices for services are subject to change, with notice provided through our website or email.

Membership fees are non-refundable except in circumstances outlined in our refund policy. Session time purchases are non-refundable once used, but may be transferable according to our current policies.

For tournament registrations, refunds may be available if requested at least 72 hours before the event start time. Tournament no-shows forfeit all registration fees.

5. Equipment Use and Liability

Our gaming stations and equipment are provided for your enjoyment. You agree to use all equipment according to its intended purpose and instructions. Any damage caused by negligence or misuse may result in charges for repair or replacement.

WaveLength Gaming is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Members are advised to keep valuable items secured at all times.

Use of our facilities and equipment is at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries that occur during your visit, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The WaveLength Gaming name, logo, website, and all related content are the property of WaveLength Gaming and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission.

Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide regarding our services may be used by WaveLength Gaming without any obligation to compensate you.

7. Privacy

8. Age Restrictions

We reserve the right to photograph and record our events for promotional purposes. By participating, you grant WaveLength Gaming permission to use your image and gameplay footage in our marketing materials.
